Recently, our company had the honor of welcoming an important client from Australia who conducted a comprehensive and in-depth visit to our filtration products and production capabilities. This visit not only deepened mutual understanding but also laid a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation.

Production Workshop Visit

The client first visited our filter press production workshop. With explanations from our technical staff, the client expressed high approval of the equipment assembly process, key structural components, and our independently developed intelligent control system.

Subsequently, the client visited the filter plate production workshop. Our company currently employs high-pressure injection molding technology and rigorous quality control standards to ensure that every filter plate meets international standards in terms of strength, sealing performance, and service life. The client showed great interest in the raw materials, manufacturing processes, and available specifications of the filter plates.

In the finished product workshop, the customer also inspected the filter presses and accessories destined for overseas shipment, giving high praise to the overall structural design and finished product quality.

During the discussion, we offered specific recommendations for filter press selection based on the characteristics of the client’s project, including suitable filter plate size, filter cloth material, feed pressure control scheme, and automatic plate pulling system configuration.

In addition, the sales representative explained the components of the quotation to the customer in detail, covering the equipment itself, control system, shipping and packaging, after-sales service, and optional accessories, ensuring the customer had a clear understanding of every cost item.
