Russian Diaphragm Filter Press Shipped to Vietnam
Recently, two diaphragm filter presses customized by our company for a Vietnamese customer successfully completed manufacturing and testing, and were officially loaded and shipped. This shipment not only represents another in-depth application of our equipment in the Southeast Asian market, but also demonstrates our technical strength and engineering capabilities in dealing with special corrosive working conditions.
Precise Customization to Meet Diverse Sludge Treatment Needs
In this project, the client planned to treat two types of sludge: ordinary industrial sludge and chemical sludge containing 10% nitric acid. Based on the client’s process requirements and material characteristics, our technical team conducted a differentiated design of the equipment structure, materials, and configuration to ensure stable and efficient operation under various working conditions.
Equipment Highlights
High-efficiency dehydration: Utilizing TPE thermoplastic elastomer diaphragm pressing technology, the pressing pressure reaches up to 1.6MPa, effectively shortening the filtration cycle and increasing the solids content of the filter cake.
Automated Configuration: Equipped with a hydraulic system for automatic pressure maintenance and an automatic unloading system for stable operation, reducing manual intervention.
Stable and Durable Structure: The main beam is welded from high-strength steel, and the overall frame undergoes sandblasting and epoxy primer anti-corrosion treatment, adapting to high-humidity and highly corrosive working environments.
Intelligent Control System: PLC + touchscreen human-machine interface, featuring fault alarm and operation log recording functions, improving operational safety and maintenance efficiency.
Dual Guarantee of Technology and Service
During the manufacturing process, our company strictly adheres to international standards in design, material selection, production, and assembly, ensuring that the equipment undergoes full-load trial operation and corrosion resistance assessment before delivery. To facilitate subsequent installation and commissioning for our customers, we will provide detailed Chinese and English operation manuals and installation guidelines along with the equipment, as well as remote technical support services, ensuring that customers can quickly and efficiently complete commissioning.
