US Customer Visits Factory
Recently, our company welcomed a customer from the United States. The main purpose of their visit was to inspect the filter press production process, evaluate product quality, and engage in in-depth discussions regarding future cooperation. During the one-day visit, the customer expressed high recognition of the filter press’s overall manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and product performance, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

Visiting the Filter Press Production Workshop
The customer first visited the main production workshop for the filter press. Here, from steel cutting, welding, and machining to assembly and painting, every process has a strict quality control procedure. Our production line is equipped with advanced CNC machining equipment to ensure the machining accuracy and structural strength of the filter press frame, ensuring the equipment has good stability and durability during high-pressure filtration.
During the on-site demonstration, the customer showed great interest in our hydraulic system configuration, automatic plate pulling device, and overall machine testing process, frequently taking notes on details and engaging in in-depth exchanges with our engineering and technical personnel.
A Tour of the Entire Filter Plate Production Process
Following this, the customer entered the filter plate production area and learned in detail about the entire process, from raw material feeding and mold pressing to demolding, trimming, and testing. Our company uses high-molecular-weight polypropylene material, molded in one piece under high temperature and pressure, ensuring that the filter plates have excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength.
In the filter plate pressure testing area, the customer personally observed the entire process of pressure testing multiple filter plates and expressed high praise for our production capabilities.
Visiting the Finished Products Showroom
Inside the finished products workshop, the customer toured the various models of filter presses and finished filter plates that had been assembled and were ready for shipment. In the neat and organized storage area, the customer expressed appreciation for our company’s ability to stock large quantities of modular products, believing this to be a significant advantage in improving delivery cycles.
The various types of equipment on display, including chamber filter presses, diaphragm filter presses, and stainless steel filter presses, also gave the customer a more comprehensive understanding of the diversity and applicability of our products.
