Main Beam Bending

The solution is to reinstall the equipment or adjust the synchronous operation of the plate-pulling machine.
Uneven Filter Cake Formation
Uneven distribution of slurry, clogged feed ports, or inconsistent feed pump pressure.
The solution is to maintain the feed port and pump regularly, monitor slurry distribution, and adjust feed pump pressure accordingly.
Material Leakage between Filter Plates
The leakage between the filter plates is usually caused by excessive pressure and flow of the feed pump, which causes dirt on the sealing surfaces of the filter plates and diaphragms, the filter cloth is not smooth and wrinkled, and the oil pressure is unstable.
The treatment measures are to readjust the feed pump, clean the filter cloth, and adjust the oil pressure to an appropriate range.
Filter Plate Damaged
The failure of the filter plate is generally caused by the pressure problem between the filter cloth and the filter plate: the filter cloth is uneven when installed or has been used for a long time or is damaged; the pressure between the filter plates is insufficient.
In order to reduce filter plate failures, strictly check whether the rubber pad is flat during installation, and it is strictly forbidden to fold or wrinkle the filter cloth. Check whether the filter cloth is intact, and the edge of the filter cloth should cover the entire filter plate. Regularly deal with the dirt in the inlet mud to keep the filter plate clean. The pressure is evenly distributed.
The Filtrate is Unclear
The filtrate is mainly unclear because the filter cloth is damaged, and the muddy water cannot be separated and flows out from the spout. In addition, this phenomenon may also be caused by the damaged filter plate’s loose sealing and solid impurities on the plate surface.
